Workmanship Warranty — 1 Year

Repair Warranty — 30 Days

All new irrigation system installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty.

This covers:

• Installation errors

• Performance issues related to workmanship

• System adjustments needed to achieve proper coverage

• Leaks or failures caused by installation mistakes

If something isn’t right, we’ll come back and fix it at no cost during the warranty period.

All repair services performed by 918Irrigate include a 30-day warranty.

This includes:

• Leaks we repaired

• Heads we replaced

• Valves, wiring, or controller repairs

• Adjustments made during the service appointment

If the same issue reappears within 30 days, we’ll return and resolve it free of charge.

Manufacturers’ Warranty

Most irrigation components (sprinkler heads, timers, valves, etc.) come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1–5 years depending on the brand.

If a part fails due to manufacturer defect, we will help guide you through the replacement process.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To keep our warranty fair and consistent, the following are not covered:

• Damage caused by lawn equipment, pets, vehicles, or construction

• Weather-related damage (freezing, storms, flooding)

• Issues caused by other companies or homeowner alterations

• Roots, shifting soil, or landscape movement

• Clogged nozzles caused by debris

• Timer/controller changes made after installation

We are happy to make repairs to non-warranty issues at normal service rates.
